وضع القانون المدني القطري عدة بنود تحدد التزامات المقاول في القانون المدني رقم 22 لسنة 2004، وألزمته تجاه المالك بضمان جودة العمل وفقاً للشروط المتفق عليها، وفي الوقت المحدد في العقد، تجنباً لوقوع عيوب أو مخالفات، هذا إلى جانب ضمان عدم التأخير في تنفيذ الأعمال أو التأخير في إنجازها، كما ألزم المقاول بتعويض المالك عن الأضرار أو الخسائر الناجمة عن إخلاله بالتزاماته في عقد المقاولة. اقرأ المزيد https://qawl.com/?p=1372 The Qatari Civil Code has established several clauses outlining the contractor’s obligations in Law No. 22 of 2004.
