Qawl newsletter privacy
When you sign up, we use your email address and selected language to send a confirmation email, then a welcome email and Qawl articles and editorial updates. Your subscription becomes active only after you confirm your email address.
We record your request and confirmation times, consent version, and signup page to manage your subscription. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abuse; we do not store the raw network address for this purpose.
Our hosting and email delivery providers process the data needed to store subscriptions and deliver messages. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Unconfirmed requests are automatically deleted after 30 days.
You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in our emails, without signing in. We retain your unsubscribe status to prevent further newsletter delivery. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact info@qawl.com.
Your browser stores a seven-day dismissal preference and a preference to stop showing invitations after you request a subscription. You can clear these preferences in your browser settings.
